Villa Botanica is set in a landscape of olive groves and fruit trees, framed by green hills and slender cypress trees. The villa sits on a large plot with plenty of space for pre-breakfast strolls in the grove as the sun lights up the silvered leaves of the olive trees. The expansive grounds offer a sense of openness and privacy, with shaded corners and sunlit clearings to enjoy throughout the day. It’s a tranquil environment where guests can unwind, explore at their own pace, or simply pause to take in the surrounding scenery. The land rolls gently outward, giving visitors a feeling of space and freedom as they move through the gardens. Spacious Rooms

The two bedrooms on the west flank are airy and light. Across the patio is the grand master bedroom, which has its own separate kitchenette.

The room has several features: the vaulted ceiling, a handcrafted masonry fireplace with seating from wall to wall which in the summer is aesthetically pleasing and in the cooler months can be lit with olive logs, a beautiful view of hills and garden, lots of space, direct access to both patio and pool. Its generous proportions make it ideal for longer stays, offering guests a sense of privacy and calm. Soft natural tones and carefully chosen furnishings create an inviting atmosphere that blends comfort with understated luxury.

The villa’s wide patio extends into an enchanting al fresco dining space, shaded by a canopy of bamboo that filters the sunlight into a soft dappled glow. At its heart is a magnificent solid wood table - generous in size and character - inviting long, leisurely meals that stretch into the golden hours of the evening. With views of the shimmering pool just beyond, it is a setting that blurs the line between comfort and nature. To one side, a stone-built outdoor sink, BBQ and preparation area adds a rustic charm, while encourages the delights of outdoor cooking with a glass of wine, as the cicadas sing and the light softens.
